WELCOME

Granite State Greyhounds is an amateur racing club based in New Hampshire (but our members are from all over the Northeast!). We have a special love for greyhounds, but our events are all-breed—the more, the merrier!

We put on LGRA meets and fun runs in southern New Hampshire (along with the occasional NOTRA meet in southern New Jersey)—check out our Events page to see what's coming up. Our club philosophy is simple: We want everyone to have a great time and give racing the respect it's due as a sport. Our events feature a real greyhound starting box, the best all-you-can-eat lunch buffet on the East Coast, fancy ribbons, awesome turtle prizes, hard-working club members and hound owners, and plenty of time to train new hounds. We hope to see you—and your hound—soon!

In September 2019 we'll be co-sponsoring the LGRA/NOTRA National Race Meet in Pennsville, NJ. Join us for a great weekend of racing and fellowship!

NEW TO RACING?
If you haven't raced your hound before, here's what you'll need to know to get started.

WHERE IS ALL THIS GOING ON AGAIN?
Granite State Greyhounds race meets take place at two tracks. One is a grass airstrip in the rural town of Brentwood, New Hampshire (bird's-eye view). The other is a hay field in Millis, Massachusetts (bird's-eye view).

SHOW US THE MONEY
Any money left over after our expenses are paid is donated to Greyhound Placement Service of New Hampshire.
